Kathy Pham

Kathy is a Fellow and Adjunct Lecturer of Product Management and Society at the Harvard Kennedy School. Additionally, Kathy holds appointments as an Affiliate at the Harvard Berkman Klein Center where she co-founded and runs the Ethical Tech Working Group and Fellow at Mozilla where she leads the Responsible Computer Science Challenge. Kathy founded Women in Product Boston, and is on the organizing committee for ProductTank Boston. She sits on the advisory boards of Silicon Valley, Salesforce’s Office of Ethical and Humane Use, and the Make the Breast Pump Not Suck initiative. Previously, Kathy built products and ran product teams at Google, IBM, and the United States Digital Service at the White House.

Santiago is an MPA student at the Harvard Kennedy School. Prior to school, Santiago worked at Acumen where invested in technology-enabled businesses that aim to tackle poverty in Latin America. Most recently, Santiago worked researching emerging technologies at The Engine and as product manager at Amazon.
