We explore the dynamic roles of product thinking and product managers in leading cross-functional teams across engineering, design, users, policy, marketing, analytics, contracting, and stakeholders, in the private and public sectors..
Incubated for many years, and officially launched in 2018 as part of Kathy Pham’s fellowship at the Harvard Kennedy School. Product and Society’s first initiatives include the inaugural Harvard Product Management and Society course (read more here), launch of the Product and Society community, case studies, and the Product and Society Playbook (public release Fall 2019).
